shipping & returns
shipping
orders are shipped out within 3 business days of your order being placed. you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email or sms once your order has been processed with auspost. once your parcel has been shipped we cannot issue refunds.
size exchange
we can exchange products within five days of the customer receiving. however, any shipping costs will be covered by the customer. exchanged items must not be worn and must remain in original packaging. ship the item(s) back in any box or envelope.
change of mind returns
please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size returns. if you are not satisfied with your purchase, full-priced items or items bought with discount codes can be returned for a store gift card or exchange.
wrong item returns
in the unlikely event that your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, just send it back with an indication of the fault and we'll send you out your items and pay the return shipping charges.

contact customer service anytime. myself or my brother will process your request and assist you with return shipping. ship the item(s) back in any box or envelope.
